I have been to this practice to long. They can not keep providers. I had an appointment on Wednesday and had to pick up paperwork on Friday. I forgot to mention a lump that I had and asked if she could look quickly, when I picked up the paperwork. Of course they say make another appointment. This is crazy all Carla had to do is take 2 seconds look and refer me. They spent more time making excuses then it would have taken for her look. My appointment was for 8am, hoping I was the first patient. I had to wait an hour before I got to see the nurse practitioner. If you have an appointment you should be seen at that time, not an hour later

I've been going to this practice for years and I have no complaints at all. The staff is understanding and very helpful.
