My family have been patients here for over 10 years. We have had no problems until now. I would give 4 stars as the Doctors and receptionists are good, however, after covid, it's really gone down in the quality of service. Getting a hold of someone by phone is practically impossible and booking online is often a problem for some reason. I have no issues booking online, in fact I usually prefer to do so.
I just wanted to say this office is not entirely bad… but there is a nurse practitioner here I’ve had to see numerous times. I don’t recommend. She has no bedside manner. Bad energy. Idk why she picked nursing as a profession.

Really great place! Have had truly amazing receptionists and only one rude impatient one, amazing Doctors. I am with Dr Saholtra who's receptionist is kind and has attention to detail and both her and her receptionist always go absolutely above and beyond to take care of their patients. Dr Saholtra really truly is a caring and compassionate family doctor who will take good care of everyone. I think the negative reviews are just from people who just don't understand nor care about how busy Healthcare providers are..
