Very Nice and Helpful Staff with my Healthcare Journey
Been here for over 18 years, they must have taken in too many patients as not only is it impossible to get a doctor appointment, it’s more impossible to even get through to the office. The online booking system is a waste of time as there are zero appointments available.
I had a great experience with my doctor, and loved how attentive he was, explaining things and sending me to a specialist when it was outside his realm of expertise. That was until I asked for hormone replacement therapy. He made a specialist appointment, but refuses to discuss or research it himself. The specialist has told me that they are more than happy to work with the doctor and answer any questions, but the doctor completely shut down, unwilling to hear me out. So I stopped talking.
I have waited over 3 months for a doctor note to be filled out I have called 10x still nothing I had since been disciplined for missing time preventing me from moving up in company the receptionists are understanding but I’m changing doctors this is very u professional I explained the entire situation to dr Singh as he dabbed me up when I left. Thanks for not doing your job I have applied for new doctor as if he can’t even fill out a simple form how are we to trust any of his diagnosis ? He’s to lazy to fill out a peace of p... read more
