My husband and I have Dr. French and Dr.Clendenning . Both are excellent doctors who go above and beyond . We are very thankful to have such genuinely caring and thorough doctors . We generally use the online booking with no issues . Definitely had long wait times on the phone but that’s to be expected with the amount of doctors and patient load in one office .
Horrible office phone wait times are grotesque and there is 0 compassion. Dr and admin staff make you feel like you are bothering them. Next to impossible to see your Dr. everyone is busy and not bothered. I see the Dr once every 5 years. Come on… Not the way you want to feel working with your doctor on your health. I go to the walk in clinic for everything I possibly can. Emergency and walk in for everything possible with my family doctor next door, really unfortunate. phone never gets answered
My family have been patients here for over 10 years. We have had no problems until now. I would give 4 stars as the Doctors and receptionists are good, however, after covid, it's really gone down in the quality of service. Getting a hold of someone by phone is practically impossible and booking online is often a problem for some reason. I have no issues booking online, in fact I usually prefer to do so.
I just wanted to say this office is not entirely bad… but there is a nurse practitioner here I’ve had to see numerous times. I don’t recommend. She has no bedside manner. Bad energy. Idk why she picked nursing as a profession.
