Absolutely nothing gets done here, they don’t actually answer the phones for at least an hour after the listed open time, which isn’t helped by the fact that their website is barely functional on a good day. If you want to see your family doctor you have a 50/50 shot of seeing them this year so good luck.
I love my doctor, but the receptionists are so rude, bitter and uncompassionate, considering they’re dealing with people’s health and it can be a very sensitive topic for their patients. If they can’t be compassionate and kind, then they should not be receptionists in a healthcare setting. They need to do better.
Contacting Highlands Health is almost impossible. It literally takes hours to call, multiple attempts, and then courtesy is in short supply when you do get through. Not the receptionist’s fault though. The system is not designed for patient service and one can only feel sympathy for the staff. This “business” deserves to fail.
