I was recently admitted to Newcastle following major back surgery. It started with a nurse and 2 aides arguing over who would have to deal with me since they already felt overworked. I was taken to my room and didn’t see a medical person for 2 hours. I requested my pain medication from 4-5 workers throughout the night and was told they would check into it. These reviews are fake. This is the most poorly managed and dangerous facility I have ever seen. Not the worst but certainly on the last rung of the ladder ! It doesn't even deserve the one star it took to post this review

Newcastle Place has the full range of healthcare services, a well educated and welcoming staff, and is in a ideal location for those wanting to enjoy a suburban lifestyle, and also be close to local shops and necessities. The community embraces new neighbors more as family than friends, with more activities and clubs than one person could fit in. Newcastle Place is a wonderful place to call home!

I have been working at The Highlands Health Center for a little over three months now, and am blow away by how wonderful it is. The residents and staff act like family and seem genuinely happy to be here. I believe that this community is truly extraordinary. 😊
