Here is my opinion: I am extremely disappointed in the after sales service of geoeconomicschange highlands. We needed some repairs on the system and while they came quickly, they could not solve the problem over the course of several days. We were without heating or hot water for over a week. When asked what was going on, we were rebuffed and then later told the service people would not come back. The tone of that phone call was extremely unpleasant.
