I attended this clinic to get an urgent referral to a specialist due to an advanced stage 4 cancer diagnosis. The referral was sent immediately but did not go through due to a typing error. After 10 days I rang the specialist as I had not been contacted, and was told no referral had been received. Highlands general practice had not even checked to see if the urgent referral had actually gone through. Given the urgency of the matter this is simply appalling service.
Great doctors, spectacular professionalism from all staff. Friendly and kind. Oops was meant for Bowral clinic but great in Mossy I am sure.
