I cannot recommend Highlands General Practice highly enough from the reception staff, Pathology Staff to Dr Sam Nashi. The service I received was above & beyond. I have full confidence in recommending Dr Sam Nashi. Very personable & professional.
Great practice, always appointments available and a walk in service on Saturday. You can do tests on site as well. Highly recommended.
I attended this clinic to get an urgent referral to a specialist due to an advanced stage 4 cancer diagnosis. The referral was sent immediately but did not go through due to a typing error. After 10 days I rang the specialist as I had not been contacted, and was told no referral had been received. Highlands general practice had not even checked to see if the urgent referral had actually gone through. Given the urgency of the matter this is simply appalling service.
