Great service from the doctors and the admin staff
I regret to say that my experience with Dr Huda Ab Aziz was disappointing. It felt as though the focus was more on getting through appointments quickly rather than addressing my health concerns with care and attention. I left the office feeling unheard and dismissed, which is not what I expect from a healthcare provider. It seemed that the priority was more about billing and fulfilling time rather than genuinely helping patients. I hope this feedback encourages a more patient-centered approach moving forward.
This morning I had the good fortune to have a consult with Dr. Clare Heydon who could not have been more caring or thorough. A lovely lady who put me at ease from the first few words. To my great surprise, I received a call from her this afternoon checking on my condition.. well, I have lived a long life (87 years) and seen many Doctors but this is a first for me!!. Gobsmacked, as the young would say! Thanks Clare … your the best.
