I have been a patient of this clinic for around 11 years and, until recently, During all those years I was never bulk billed and always paid the required fees without complaint. That is why my recent experience was so disappointing and has convinced me to look for another clinic. I misplaced a pathology request form that I had already paid for during a previous consultation. Prices are criminal charged me $103 for a 3min phone consultation to receive a script. And yes u would think all good claim it on medicare, but no they proceeded to tell me that i have no rights to my medicare because i had not seen them for a while in other words “i have not spent enough money with them” They then intentionally sent me my bill without any of the correct billing details so that i could not claim medicare online. I have been seen by 4 different doctors at this clinic. All have been professional, knowledgeable and caring. Nurses have also been first rate. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended

I have always had the most wonderful experience with Dr Jenny Loxton as a lactation consultant. She has helped me tremendously with all 3 of my boys over the last 7 years. Breastfeeding is hard when first starting out and the benefits of having someone who is so experienced, patient, and kind cannot be overstated. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone who really wants to succeed with breastfeeding.
