The receptionist is an unreliable employee. Alissa never called me back and I was suffering from acid reflux horribly. I asked for a prescription to be called in and had to follow up 3 times. she never called me back as she promised then gave me an attitude and hung up on me. This girl needs to learn some manners!

The entire staff, not just the doctors go out of their way to accommodate you, often seeing you within a day if necessary. Gray has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is a great guy that really cares.
Tammy McGuinn, CRNP and Dr Lindsi DeArment are both amazing women! They're extremely knowledge, pleasant , and helpful. If you need medical care in the Litiz area I highly recommend them!!!
Visiting from out of town & needed to see a Dr. for bronchitis. Dr Gray and his staff were extremely pleasant & helpful. Alyssa at the front desk went above & beyond to assist with my out-of-state insurance. Definitely recommended!
would not recommend Tammy if my life depended on it. she's extremely rude and has absolutely no gauge of her patients health. she treats them as if they were children who dont possess even the slightest understanding of their basic health.
