I found the people at Highlands Dermatology to be knowledgeable and friendly. Tina Kelly is very good at what she does and spends all the time necessary to answer all my questions and deal with all my concerns. I recommend them highly.

I have read the comments and wanted to share my experience there. I do agree that it was difficult to get an appointment but I had no trouble keeping mine and found Dr. Hall , Tina Kelly and the internal support staff quite professional and knowledgeable on my two visits. One was for a biopsy and the second a skin cancer removal. Both went off without a hitch and my concerns were addressed prior to both procedures. I am quite happy with the results.

I don’t see how a dermatologist office is so booked up for months out . If you have to reschedule in honestly think they make you wait even longer . Due to unforeseen circumstances when you give them a months notice of having to change your appointment date . It’s like they get upset because they have to look in their calendar to find a different time and day. Sorry you guys have to answer phones. So disappointing with this office . After reading all the reviews I can relate to these people’s reviews.

I had to cancel my appointment today because I am sick. The person that took my call was very rude. Another appointment was going to be 2 months away. My first appointment was May 27 so I ask to be on a cancellation list. I was called last week with several dates and times I could be seen quicker. When I called back Cassandra answered and wasn’t any help either. She wanted me to talk to the office manager when I said I was going to leave a review for the office. The person answering the phone makes or breaks the business.

November 2024:I had a rash appear in late 2020 over the course of a year it was diagnosed virtually as parasites due to Covid. I was given oral meds. But the rash kept getting worse. I finally made an appointment with Amber in 2022 to my mom’s persistent that it be a skin infection. Where she didn’t even look at it for 3 mins before saying it was herpes and even after I told her my family has no history of herpes and I have no dating life to get herpes. She stated that “ I picked it up from school and I should just learn to ... read more
