The office manager here is absolutely terrible at her job, and has caused so many issues it’s caused our family to leave the practice after 6 years. While the dentists at this location have been decent (although there is a crazy turnover… we’ve had a different dentist every year for 6 years), Andrea Shivers is unbelievably difficult to deal with, unprofessional, and incompetent. It is truly shocking that she still has a job, and this reflects poorly on the management of the office in general.
