Worst service EVER! Arrived at my appointment 35 minutes early. Staff waited a full 30 minutes before they told me I should have a chaperone present. All emails and written documentation stated that I needed a designated driver. This directive was followed. My driver dropped me off and had to go to a business meeting. We coordinated to have my driver available to pick me up in 1 hour. FIVE minutes before my appointment time, I'm informed that I won't be seen without a chaperone present. Everything I get done here has to be fixed within 6 months to a year. It is nice that they create crowns and inlays but they fall apart. Sometimes I am able get them fixed no problem. Other times I am given crazy charges outside my already pretty good insurance. THEY CHARGE MORE IN CASH WITH INSURANCE THAN ANYWHERE ELSE!!

They are overcharging patients even with major dental insurance tried to tell me that a deep cleaning is 968.00 this is a scam I do medical billing for a living and this was my 3rd visit today charging 60.00 to 80.00 for a swish of medicated Colgate mouth wash says irrigation don't be fooled you can get this by the bottle for 20.00 which I have they do a lot of unessesary up sales and then tried to say I need to have two visits for a cleaning .
