I switched from the dentist I grew up going to since I was a child, so I was nervous to make the change for my whole family, but I’ve been blown away with the level of service, friendliness, and professionalism from the front desk/admin doing all the heavy lifting with the paperwork transfer to a really smart and funny dental hygienist to the Dentists (husband-and-wife team) being very nice and helpful and answering questions. Great first visit with this Dental group yesterday. The Dentist & all staff are welcoming, calm, professional & good educators. They have a state of the art office & equipment = all very good for understanding your conditions. I moved to Birmingham in 2018. I've tried several Dentists. This group who calls my insurance & has an answer with 24 hours is a RARE find.Very great full to have found them !
Exceptional service as soon as you walk in! Dr. Frankie and Lauren were very helpful and definitely listen to any concerns you may have. It’s rare to find a dental office so welcoming!
