I just wanted to share some feedback from my brow appointment today – it was my first time visiting, after a friend recommended you. I was booked in with Ivy, and wow – she worked absolute magic on my brows! They were long overdue, with no colour or shape left to guide her, and I only gave her a pretty vague idea of what I liked. But she nailed it. Ivy was efficient, gentle, and completely confident in what she was doing – I felt in great hands from start to finish. She was a total pro. Thank you – I’ll definitely be back!

When you step into Highlands Cosmetics Emerald you feel like you are in a luxury and calming space as it is stunning. Katie and her staff are very welcoming and Vanessa has treated me with the best customised facial and arm treatment I have ever had. I am extremely happy with my services received from Katie also. What an awesome little business, so nice and clean looking as you walk in. The ladies were very nice and definitely made me feel welcome. I had eyebrows tattooed and am very happy with the results. I have been getting my eyebrows Sculpted and Tinted by Ella for over a year now and I cannot fault her work! She is absolutely amazing, she perfects my eyebrows every time! 100% recommend xx

I have been getting facials since the start of the year with Katie. 10/10. I’ve had maybe 8weeks of really bad skin - break outs & stress picking. Katie gave me the yummiest, most relaxing facial & helped me not feel bad about my skins situation. 2 weeks later my skin has bounced back & is looking fabulous again! Always a lovely & warming environment
