I had a very disappointing experience with Highlands Cabinets. They required full payment up front, which in hindsight was a mistake. Originally, I was told that in order to get on the whiteboard for production, you had to pay all up front. Come to find out later I was told wrong by the sales rep, and they only required 50% instead…. Maybe if the owner hadn’t got all his cost-plus profit up front then he would have done what he said he would do which is provide a good service. I absolutely love the way the cabinets and countertops turned out! The product is great and so is the customer service! I especially appreciate them fitting me in and bending over backwards to meet my deadline!

We began working with one of the kitchen designers that voluntarily left the company after our cabinets were ordered. With this transition several obstacles presented themselves after the cabinets arrived. Jason (the owner) bent over backwards to help us maneuver around each and every one. The gentlemen that installed were respectful and knowledgeable about the entire process.
