First off, from the first phone call to inquire about boat rentals to the time I left there today was just a breath of fresh air. It took me back to the old days when people and companies cared about customers and the experience. I rent boats a few times a year and I wish I knew about the folks at Bridge Marina in Atlantic Highlands, NJ years ago! Easily the best way to begin and indulge in boating while living in Jersey. Captain Ben Bugbee was great at teaching me the basics and helping me get comfortable. The boat club is awesome, book your boat online and just show up. They will have the boat clean, fueled, ready to go. Take it out, spend a day in Navesink river or sandy Hook. Return the boat and nothing to worry about. No maintenance, cleaning, refueling, etc. Neal and his crew are awesome and very accommodating. Can't recommend this boating club enough.
Great class experience in the Highlands with Captain Rob Fink. He had real life anecdotes throughout the course to prepare us for the exam at the end. I have a boat license thanks to the captain!

Rob was great.He make these lessons fun.I feel a lot more comfortable on the water now!
