I had a roofing nail in my tire. They took care of it right away. There has been a change in ownership, and I am certainly pleased that Guy is still there. He is the best mechanic I have ever encountered...
The team at Highlands was very professional and handled my situation very promptly and were very communicative during the service process.
I took my car there for waranteed work, took 3 days for them to even make contact with the waranty company. While we're sitting at the house with no vehicle. Assured us that the work would be covered. It wasn't. Never told us it would take days to get it sorted. Had them fix the belt and they charged me a $75.00 diagnostic fee. So, basiclly it cost me $200 for a serpentine belt replacement. We won't go back and won't recommend to anyone. Locals can't afford your high prices and will spread the word.
