I am a real estate agent representing a buyer in one of Landsea's communities in Buckeye, AZ. Landsea filled out their own contract wrong, within a month of closing, changed the closing date from mid July to late June, back and forth 3 times. Lost our lender's documentation and then tried to charge the buyer for not notifying of a lender change (when they found the documents they lost, they admitted to their mistake and did not charge the buyer).
