Always prompt service.
We moved in February of 2016, very quiet and friendly. Clean. People who live here are concern about each other and the up keep of the building. Maintenance is very friendly and timely. We had an issue with the tub and the director along with Maintenance Greg stayed on the issued until it was solved, I was really impressed. So far I really love living here Recently our garbage disposal stopped working. I called the building director Emily, she contacted our building maintenance and he came as soon as he could and replaced it... read more
Nothing done. No response or indication that anything will be done.
Newbies we are! One month in, the staff here is wonderful and available to answer your questions. We are enjoying getting to know the other residents and participating in the activities that are available in the facility. The only maintenance problem involved ordering a part for our refrigerator and that has been resolved.
Work was completed in a timely manner which was much appreciated ! Thank you
