I spent two hours at Archer Clinic during flu season to be told that they didn't have flu swabs. Dr. Burchett told me that it seemed like I had the flu, and offered to prescribe Tamiflu. I declined the Tamiflu, as I'm not convinced it's effects are much more than a placebo -- and I'm not alone in this opinion among the medical community.
