Like others have mentioned, this used to be 55+ and gated. The gates are no longer closed. It's open to everyone now. There are dogs running around off leash and stray kittens that live under trailers. You aren't allowed to have dog kennels or fences. If you put one up, they'll tell you to take it down. Someone plays loud music all night starting at 11pm on weekdays when no one in the office is available, and they don't care that you don't get any sleep for work. There is no security. It's very clean and well maintained
It's changed a lot since I first moved here 7 years ago. It's a lot busy a crime has gone up a little bit that I've noticed!
