They are happy to take your money but if you have any problems they dont help. When I moved in to my trailer it was absolutely disgusting there was blood on the walls, dog food and hair all over, it looked like someone had just moved out. I dont even want to start on the stove it looked like someone was cooking drugs or something, nothing worked to clean it. when trying to get your deposit back they will come up with any excuse to not pay you back your money. A friend lives there Very well maintained and now place to visit
Very nice and clean community. Large ponds for fishing or relaxing near. Quiet neighborhood. Everyone is so friendly. Great place to call home.
Like others have mentioned, this used to be 55+ and gated. The gates are no longer closed. It's open to everyone now. There are dogs running around off leash and stray kittens that live under trailers. You aren't allowed to have dog kennels or fences. If you put one up, they'll tell you to take it down. Someone plays loud music all night starting at 11pm on weekdays when no one in the office is available, and they don't care that you don't get any sleep for work. There is no security.
