I love my unit it’s very spacious and maintenance requests are handled promptly BUT I have neighbors from hell who fight and allow their one-year-old to run, skip, hop, and jump ALL DAY which is horrible because I work from home (I’ve complained to the office about the noise) also this building is full of kids which I HATE! They hang out in front of the building all weekend and all evening during the week until about 9pm/10pm. They leave all kinds of food, trash, bikes, and scooters in front of the building. I know a few of the residents, that lives there, and I also know other people that use to live there several years ago when it was really nice, but now it has turned into a project.
I’ve been living here for about 3-4 years now and i loved the community UNTIL I got the neighbors from hell. I’ve put in so many complaints and nothing has been done. I feel like I’m living in some project base apartments. I pay way too much money for the BS I have to put up with and nothing has been done about it.
