It's really a nice place, if all people would respect each other's privacy & space. And keep with the rules for the dog poop, walk softly over other neighbors below them. It could hit the papers , as worlds best apartment complex.
if you work nights never move into this place they will never respect it. they will come banging on your door in the morning right after you feel asleep for no reason. even if you ask for them to come in the afternoon. they wont do a walk through with you either. worst place ive ever lived. and ive lived in a place where roaches crawled out the cabinets when you open them.
I love my unit it’s very spacious and maintenance requests are handled promptly BUT I have neighbors from hell who fight and allow their one-year-old to run, skip, hop, and jump ALL DAY which is horrible because I work from home (I’ve complained to the office about the noise) also this building is full of kids which I HATE! They hang out in front of the building all weekend and all evening during the week until about 9pm/10pm. They leave all kinds of food, trash, bikes, and scooters in front of the building.
