The apartments look nice online and I was interested in scheduling a viewing. But there's a problem that yall might want to look into. On Facebook marketplace, there is somebody, Crystal Ashley that is claiming that yall have a 2br/2ba for rent at $895/mo. Charging ppl for a credit check. I was cautious at 1st but when she hit me with that $29.95 charge for me to do MY OWN "soft credit check," I immediately said nope. Yall might want to look into that. I've included a screen shot.
Corporate management is negligent when it comes to winter safety. During snow and ice conditions, this complex routinely fails to provide sand or salt on walkways, stairs, and parking areas, leaving residents to navigate dangerously icy conditions. As almost anyone knows, as of 1/28/2026, Arkansas is dealing with the aftermath of a winter storm that has made the parking lots and sidewalks in Highland Pointe hazardous. The corporate owners have instructed management to not interfere with snow removal or salting/putting down sand on walkways or roadways. While ice and snow is a rarity in Arkansas, when it does happen it is important to treat surfaces to aid with snow/ice melting. It's really a nice place, if all people would respect each other's privacy & space. And keep with the rules for the dog poop, walk softly over other neighbors below them. It could hit the papers , as worlds best apartment complex.
