Rachel played her bagpipe for my father and I at Forest Lawn Cemetery on Van Dyke in Detroit on this Memorial Day 2025. My father asked her if she would play Amazing Grace. After answering several questions we had (repeats she has probably been asked numerous times), she so graciously walked up by the resting places of my deceased family members and asked their names. It was out standing. I have always liked listening to bagpipers and when amazing grace was played I don't think any one could hold back the tears. Absolutely beautiful song to lay my parents to rest.

We had Tyge Hawthon from Highlandpiping-Bagpiper play at the Ceremony to bury my Father's Ashes. The music was absolutely beautiful and made the day truly exceptional for all of us. Tyge was so accommodating learning some new tunes that we requested and even playing some last-minute requests at the Ceremony. He is such a pleasant man and was so nice to all of us. Tyge showed up with a few days notice to pipe a funeral service. He had suggestions which made the service even nicer. THANK YOU for your kindness at such a difficult time.
