Timely and helpful! They installed an interior drain and sump pump within a week of the first phone call during a period of heavy storms. When I had a minor issue with the system a few months later, Josh arrived the next day, immediately diagnosed the problem and checked every other element of the system, installing a quick upgrade as he went. There was no charge for the repairs or the upgrade; Highlander honors its warranty. Josh is quick, professional, and informative.
I had the pleasure of having Josh as my tech 8/12/24 who installed 3 new pumps for me. He is very friendly, professional, polite. The work force can take lessons from Josh as this is how everyone should be !! I am beyond pleased & satisfied w/ the services Josh provided for me !! I would highly recommend him in for all services you provide. PLEASE recognize & show Josh company appreciation. Do something special for him. He certainly deserves it. Take care of him.
