We found the representatives of the company to be knowledgeable and courteous. They were timely and efficient. It was overall a good experience.
Our tech and install team were courteous, efficient, and communicative about each step of the process. The result- we're confident that our next torrential downpour will leave us dry and even the musty scent in our basement is gone. Remember to budget for re-finishing when Highlander is done, though!

Highlander Waterproofing and Foundation did an excellent job installing an interior French Drain and sump pump in our 125+ year old basement. They came promptly to do the estimate, arrived as scheduled, and completed the job quickly. A few adjustments had to be made as they worked, but everything was explained to us and finished to our satisfaction. So far, our basement is dry! Overall a great experience with a professional company. Would highly recommend.
