Had a toilet issue and called Highlander Plumbing and spoke to Kevin. He asked me a few questions and gave me free advice (this was only 10 mins ago so I've yet to try it). But he was so helpful and generous with his time. If I do need a plumber for this particular issue, I will definitely call Highlander. I'm very grateful for the time on the phone that Kevin gave me. EDIT - Kevin has been to my house twice now to sort out various issues. 100% recommended.
These guys are real gentlemen - really honest, reliable and professional. Have dealt with them twice now and on both occasions they looked after us well.
