Could be good, but lack management. I'm a sophomore at Radford, and have been getting Highlander Pizza for a while. However, their service in the past few months has been atrocious. Don't get me wrong - the food is very good. However, the management there seem to have a habit of getting your order wrong, or even forgetting about it altogether. Best Pizza in Town I've lived in Radford for several years now and have always enjoyed Highlander Pizza. The pizza is probably hands down the best you can get around Radford. Their cheese steak sandwhich might be one of the best subs I've ever had. I've never had any problem with customer service or having my order wrong. I've always been extremely satisfied and this continues to be a favorite among me and the rest of roommates.
Horrible customer service, just plain mean I've lived in radford my whole life. Highlander pizza has been a regular spot for locals and students alike for years now. The food here is great, the pizza is better than most chains, and the pizza rolls are some of the best i've ever had. HOWEVER, this all comes at a price. The food is pricey, expect to spend 10 bucks per person in most cases while other places in town can get you the same food for way lower price. The worst part of it all is the customer service. HIGHLANDER PIZZA – My daughter ordered a pizza and large wings at 2am. They never showed up and delivered her order. She called the next day stating that her bank statement had been charged $29.94 for the order and she never received it. In turn, she called the restaurant and was told that someone had signed for her order and that's why she was charged. In turn, she called me, her Mother. OK Food. Horrible Customer Service. – I made the mistake of ordering food from here. The food was just OK and way too expensive for the quality. It took about 2 hours to be delivered and was cold when it arrived and also was missing a few items. When I went in to talk to them the next day all I got was excuses for it, not once apologizing at all for the mistakes or issues but instead getting mad at me for complaining about it.
