Extremely frustrating experience. I’ve been trying to resolve a simple account issue for over six months with little to no help. Communication is slow, and I was repeatedly told “there’s nothing we can do” instead of getting real answers. Fees kept getting added without proper notice, and no clear documentation was provided to justify the balance. Very poor transparency and customer service. Would not recommend.
Amanda is the worst!! Very condescending and arrogant.... don’t use this management company... I will go door to door to make sure we band together to get rid of this company
