Highlander took over managing our community a few years ago, and even though there have been good things like replacement of the roof and upgrading the main entry doors things have been awful ever since. They handpick the absolute worst contractors for repairs, snow removal, landscaping, etc. Every other year, they jack up our monthly costs to accommodate these contractors' prices. ****UPDATE**** 8/12/23 My opinion has changed I guess. My neighbor has helped, stepping in about the lack of communication. I feel it’s better now but jury still out if it will continue. A lot of the issues have been resolved now and stuff got fixed I needed done. I’m very happy about that. Hope it continues and thanks for that Original review: This company is horrible. This company is horrible. They took over managing our condo complex in June 2022. Our “community manager” refuses to answer routine emails or calls. I’ve been trying to contact this person for over 8 months with no luck. But of course you can reach accounting. I had an emergency, called the number and NO ONE called me back or showed up to resolve the issue. I paid someone to fix water leaking through the ceiling through the roof which is their responsibility!!!! The old company always responded right away. The only way I am ... read more
