Huge shout out to Highlander Cycling Imports, they started open late to get me back on the road, saving my bacon.
Needed to fix a few things, including brakes and re-taping handlebars. This little shop gave great service and sent me out smiling. If I lived in Longview, they would be my home cycle shop!
Terrible customer service, and lousy labor cost practices! I dropped off my bike for service on a Monday. I was quoted $25 for parts, $15-$20 for labor, and 1 day to get it finished. I returned on Thursday (3 days later) to find that my bike was not finished because the parts were not is stock and had to be ordered.
