I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD. Ive been going here since i was 15 yes old. Am now 30 and i must say, the quality of service has gone down DRASTICALLY. For the past 2 annuals. i had to wait for an extremely long time. Today, I was called back more than 30 minutes after my appointment time (I showed up early) and waited in the room undressed for the provider for an additional 30 minutes. Im still here currently and no sign of the doctor showing up soon… and they close in about 20 minutes. How can they expected to give good ... read more

Do not come here! Wait time and communication is HORRIBLE! They called the wrong patient back with the sane last name and left me in the waiting room over 40 min until I said something. I came back a week later for an ultrasound, signed in 5 min before my scheduled time. 23 min later still waiting until I asked what was going on. Clerk went to investigate and told me tech was running behind. This place is ridiculous always a problem when I come.
Do not even bother calling if you need to be seen within two weeks. Told them I was 5 1/2 weeks and have cramping but no bleeding and they don’t even care. My prior pregnancy I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks which I told her over the phone so I should be bleeding by now since I’ve been cramping since Thursday. Did not offer anything just “two weeks out” can you imagine if you lose your baby because these people can’t fit you in!!!!!
