Let me just say best car wash hands down! We took our new car through the wash and didn't know to properly scrub it first, and somehow the wax from the automated car wash didn't take the dirt off... Anyhow, I reached out to the owner and he immediately fixed the problem. He brought us into a bay and personally scrubbed our vehicle and sent us through the automated car wash again at no cost to us! Our vehicle is now sparkling! There is a reason we only use Highland! Thank you again Kevin for the amazing customer service!
