This review is half and half. The Vet (who does not run the practice) and the Vet-Techs are all super, but in my opinion the front office staff is horrible. I can put up with a lot of stuff from office staff, but the big issue is trying to get prescriptions from the vet. As everyone knows, Chewy has a portal where the customer enters the needed medications, and then the vet hospital logs onto the portal and approves the prescriptions.
