There are not enough stars in the world to give them!!!! At 3pm on a Friday my (gas) dryer decided to quit working. Leaving for vacation so I left all my laundry to last thing so everything would be clean. I race to Highland, yes they have a gas dryer in stock, yes we have time, we can come right now, deliver and hook it up for you!!!! Customer service is the BEST!!!
The staff is very attentive, courteous, professional, and willing to assist you, and the store has a welcoming environment.
When we built our new house in Eastern North Carolina, a contractor recommended Highland for our appliances. Sherrie was so great at helping me what to put into my dream kitchen. She went out of her way to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Jason, Jacob, and the rest of the installation team were so careful with the installation, and everything went right on schedule.
