Called ahead to let us know they were on the way. Were very professional from getting a good quote to doing the job. Cleaned up area when done asking if everything was okay. Very please and recommend to anyone needing service.

Highland Tree Service is a phenomenal tree cutting service! My backyard was called a wildlife refuge even though it isn't huge. The team did a great job clearing everything out, at a reasonable price. They worked together as a cohesive team and practiced safety when cutting down certain trees. They could not have cleared such an area in one day if they had not worked so well together. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy with their work. No slackers on their team! Buyer beware!! Don't use them and don't trust them to do what they promise. They gave me the run around for months about coming back out to finish cutting up 12 logs they left sitting in the back corner of my property. In the end, they took our $5,200 and gave us a bunch of excuses. Filed a BBB complaint and they still failed to resolve the issue. ZERO STARS! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Find someone you can trust.
