It was a beautiful apartment I lived here with two others on the top floor there were great views from the porch. It's a perfect spot downtown. The carpets were nice and the kitchen was huge! I shared a room with someone while the other roommate had a room to themselves There was also an a/c unit in our apartment. That being said they have a no party rule that I don't think was too enforced and everything is electric. In winter the electric bill was about $150 or so.
