I was thrilled to almost live here. I signed a lease and paid a deposit. The apartment was legally mine. Kristina "cancelled" my lease without my consent or giving a formal warning that I was in violation of the lease. This is illegal in Utah. I let her know this is illegal, begged her to let me keep my apartment, and told her I would pay rent 2 months in advance to let her know I was 100% committed to the lease. Update: Management reached out and we were able to come to agreements/solutions on most of the below (aka they let me break my lease) Your call to ultimately to live here or not but here’s my thoughts since living here since 7/1. My issues: - Paper lease I signed in the spring was never uploaded into their system. Upon moving in with my roomate who already living here, they were unsure who I was and what I had signed (they found the paper lease and got me in the system after several days of back n forth) - AC was broken for ... read more

These apartments are in a great location, just a couple of blocks from sugar house park. Management is amazing, Kristina will always go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I’ve rented for years and never had such amazing property management. It truly makes a difference in renting when you have management that you can trust, are kind, and actively work to make your property a nice place to be.
