Only good things I can say about living here is that Javier, the maintenance guy, was great. Place was quiet, outside was maintained well. A lot of negatives. Place was drafty and outdated. Also, don't expect much of your security deposit back. I was charged for multiple "damages" that were there when I moved in, including carpet cleaning because of "pet stains" (which carpet cleaning should be standard between tenants?? And what happens to the $250 non-refundable pet deposit and $30 extra dollars a month pet rent? ). My dog... read more
Rental listing says cats are allowed but they are required to be declawed. That's a disgusting and inhumane practice most vets won't even legally do anymore so says a lot about the type of people who run this place!
Reliable management, always responding to calls & questions, very nice and affordable place. I have considered a lot of places before finally making a choice - location, comfort, safety, price - all of these aspects were considered by management of this complex and my neighbors all appreciate this place same as I do.
Great and responsive management who actually cares and listens. I've had no issues with this place, it's clean and taken care of. Every time I have a question or need something fixed in my unit they take care of it. Maintenance and office are all very nice. Great location too.
