Be careful! The dentist in this place did the wrong treatment to me, even though I told her many times that I thought something else was wrong since the beginning. Due to the respect I have for people who gets an education, I listened to her advice and accepted to start with her treatment. I've had good experiences with Dr. Rohleder & hygienists, but recently with Dr. Arnold, my 2 crowns were very rushed. I found Dr. Arnold to be lacking any bedside manner. There were no expectations set and no follow up care of expectations were explained other than "you're numb, you might need a bite adjustment". After expressing nervousness to the assistant regarding a root canal, the assistant who seemed to be visiting for the day and new to Dr. A said- "if this turns into a root canal, we really f*cked up" - super unprofe... read more
Today was my first visit at Highland Smiles and I wish I could give them 10 stars! Everyone in the office was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Arnold took her time to explain everything in detail and make me feel comfortable. I have definitely found my new dentist in Denver!
