I had a great experience here I had my iud fitted at this place and the staff were friendly and helped me with every worry I had alot of problems when there were at raigmore but nothing after they moved. My doctor was incredible and very friendly and so was her nurse and there always there on phone when I have words I just wish there was a way to speak to them on weekends but that's my only thing at moment I would definitely recommend coming here for anything you need help with your needs
Very disappointed. As long as you say "yes" and agree with everything you'll be fine. But, when I said that I didn't agree with them and explained that my situation was complicated and difficult for me, the nurse showed no empathie and even hung up the phone while I was still talking. I didn't feel listen to, understood and supported.

The nurse I spoke to needs to get another job. Horrible, blunt and condescending manner over the phone. Assumed things about my situation and that I didn't know about contraception. When I got upset and started crying, she showed no emotion whatsoever. I hope the nurses I see at the hospital are more professional than this. Absolute disgrace. Get better staff!!
