Bought tractor in June mower broke first day didn't put together right put some old arms on it rubbed tires other attachments wouldn't work they came to fix tractor july 11 still haven't gotten parts in won't let me cancel contract I called Thursday was suppose to call me back guess what surprise no call I'll be contacting a lawyer to get tractor back Monday worst place I have ever had to deal with dont have customer service at all please everyone go to Kubota in white house

Bought my Bad Boy twelve years ago. It's been great with very few normal glitches. Have done business at the parts and service counter several times for things like blades and such. Jennifer is the best and the rest of the folks are always ready to help. Not looking for another source for parts and service.
This was a very easy process! It started with John. He got me quickly qualified for financing, and the signing went even faster. He was great to work with. Then, he handed me off to Steven who showed me everything I needed to know about the Mahindra 4540 I just purchased.
