I had to use DKI this summer to restore my home after a flood. They were on the job right away, kept me posted if they needed anything and the office staff were very friendly. My claim went through insurance but I would highly recommend them to anyone. They also were meticulous in making sure everything was clean after completion. Very happy!

I’m incredibly grateful to Brad and the DKI emergency crew for their outstanding support when my basement flooded due to a burst pipe. Brad was calm, compassionate, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, kept me informed, and made a very stressful situation much more manageable. Brad truly went above and beyond, and his kindness and dedication made a difficult experience easier. Thank you, Brad and the entire DKI team, for being there when I needed you most!

His knowledge and patience made a stressful situation so much eas... read more
