Unfortunately I will never rent equipment from Highland again. Faulty equipment and terrible customer service. I rented a skid steer (a Bobcat) for a one-day rental. I used it for only a couple hours before the battery died. They sent someone out to replace the battery, after which it worked again, but the it was out of commission for two hours, time I could not get the work done that I had been planning on because of their faulty machine. Horrible service young guy with the bird is arrogant and speaks down to customers acts like we need his business . wanted to go local but I guess I'll head to Lowes they seem to care more
