Highland recreation center is a wonderful senior center in the Highlands, Northwest Denver. They have many classes and activities. They are active older adults program is quite extensive. They have one hour classes on Monday, Wednesday, Friday for strength, cardio, and functional fitness. Wednesday’s 9 AM class is geared towards resistance training.
