I'm pretty sure I read in the new budget with increasing fees that snow plow removal was there. Anyone taking care of that because the road to each home is currently non drivable without spinning wheels and getting stuck for 30 minutes. Current snowfall. Or is it just the office you take care of 😡?

Easily the worst HOA I have ever dealt with. Legal crooks Nickel and Dimeing you every chance they get. The critique your yards and fine you for weeds when they can’t even maintain their own common areas. I was a proud homeowner until I dealt with highland ranch. I’m selling my home and going somewhere else where I am not discriminated by a bunch of old fashion bigots who snitch on everyone.
They need to clean up the weeds in the common areas like they expect the homeowners to do. Tonight's fiasco was a planned fail for the "1200 votes needed" to vote against another increase in fees. also: Piper can be gone.
I thought this page was started to discuss issues, not post pics of Halloween, bear, or say vulgar things.
They drive around and take photos. Then send letters. I take care of there bullshit and then. I get more letter for the stuff I have already taken care of.. the last letter I got was for weeds. But pictured was no weeds...
