I would not use this inspection company. I found so many issues with my home after the inspection that Danny totally missed. I might not have bought the house had I known. The inspection report you see on their website is not the one you get. It's not thorough at all. I've called and emailed them to discuss the issues and no one will call you back. Find someone else.
I do not recommend Danny Stone. he did the inspection on my house. he gave the buyer the combination to the key box, left a light on, left water running in the tub, my outside outlet is now pulled away from the wall, the vent in the master bathroom now broken.
I am a real estate agent and have had Highland Property Services on my preferred vendor list for several years - they have always done a great job for my clients. They go the extra mile to make sure the job gets fully done and have many times worked around our schedules or made a return visit when we needed documentation for repairs. Their reports are straight forward and easy to read and use to guide repair requests or home maintenance. Quick turnaround on the reports too. Highly recommend!
