Highland Properties is a terrible property management company. They are very unprofessional, rude, and obnoxious. The owner got in my face and yelled at me for doing nothing wrong. Their properties are NOT pet-friendly, and the owner said that he hates animals and told me he'd never have a pet because they do nothing but "pee and poop." HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with this company. Stay away from renting with them!
