Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor, and I am a designer who deals with contractors on a daily basis. John Gutierrez the owner of Highland pools has no business being a pool contractor. He provides no oversight of the project, hires out all the work to sub-contractors who always arrive on site with incomplete or actually wrong information on what it is they are supposed to do. After several estimates I was very very pleased with the service from Highland Pools/John he immeadietly took initiative to diagnose and fix what was needed. Very pleasant, courtious and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with my choice to go with Highland pools. I like the set it and forget it when it comes to pool service and I feel confident Im in great hands and that feels good. I would reccomend Highland pools to any/everyone. and POOL LOOKS GREAT !!
