We purchased a hot tub from Highland Pool and Spa 3 years ago. We ended up going with a limelight model for the sole reason that it came with an option to purchase a coolzone which will heat and cool the tub water. It was a nightmare getting the coolzone installed. It took over a year before Highland Pool and Spa found someone to install and it still didn’t work after installation.
