New management really has this place going down hill. They make spraying for pests/bugs optional, so that and the fact that they let people keep trash on their porches has brought in cockroaches. They also don’t do anything about people parking in handicap parking spots. My friend, who is disabled, visits from time to time and there’s always a red truck parking in the handicap spot so she has to park far away.
Sam was absolutely fantastic! He worked swiftly and efficiently, helping us find our perfect apartment in no time.
I had a wonderful move in experience and my leasing consultant (Sam) was awesome!! I'm excited to make this place my new home!
We’ve had a great experience with these apartments so far! Sam helped us a lot with our move in and made everything very smooth! 10/10 recommend, everyone up front that works here are very friendly(:
If you are thinking of trying to move here, take it from me DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They were the most unprofessional and just made the experience horrible. They didn't just lie to me but I was told one thing and then I never heard anything went back up there and who had been helping me was fired and basically bc of that they didn't keep their word and it's not just myself.
