Went to trade sales counter, bloke there would not acknowledge me to busy typing on computer, when he finally he did greet me I got a could not be arsed attitude. I was in for water filter cartridges, only had one of the fine ones in stock which would not last two minutes. Very loathed to go in again, but unfortunately I’m in a remote area and it is miles to another merchant. I’ll try TP next time I want anything plumbing. I’m sorry to the gentleman for disturbing his day, as I’m only a customer.
Quite simply, the best Plumbers Merchants in the Highlands by far! Knowledgable and helpful staff and 9 times out of 10 they will have what your looking for….if not, they will get it. Also have a fantastic Bathroom showroom with great choice of ‘branded’ manufacturers available.
Great service from helpful staff. We needed a part delivered quickly to an Island in the Outer Hebrides on a Friday before a bank holiday. The part was despatched same day and delivered on the Saturday morning. The staff very helpful on the telephone and we will be returning customers.
