They are very nice and helpful
I have been happy with this pharmacy since 2018. Everyone is friendly, they always have meds in stock, and deliver! Shout out to Sarah…she is wonderful. UPDATE: 2024 Highland Pharmacy, after all these years still remains the best Pharmacy ever! Special shout out to Michele that handled a problem for me today. I’m grateful. This is not a pharmacy for everyone. No drive-thru. Limited hours. Closed on Sundays. BUT ... if you are like me and can work around all of that to have a real pharmacy like the old days where customer service was number one, period! They go out of their way to stay in contact with doctors and insurance to keep on top of refills, the staff and pharmacists come across as just good laid back people - as like they are your neighbors. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. DO NOT USE HIGHLAND PHARMACY. This pharmacy is run by a grown woman with a high schooler's mentality. This used to be my favorite pharmacy. I used them for 4 years with pretty much no issues. Sadly all that changed in October 2024. For 3 months straight, there was nothing but issues. Not sure what happened, other than them being audited by the DEA.
