Highland pharmacy is a freaking joke. I was at urgent care on Wednesday, the pharmacy at UNM hospital faxed over my prescription and I was told Thursday by highland pharmacy that my doxycycline would be delivered Friday, it was never delivered Friday or today. And I'm battling pneumonia. This is a load of BS!
Trying to talk to staff is impossible, I need to talk to them ....I have been on hold up to 30 minutes to be cut off.......they charged me twice, thats all I need to talk to them about.....but telephone service is the worse....they said to text and they would get back to me, nothing ....communication is very bad

The absolute worst pharmacy I have been to in years!!!! I have been trying for two weeks to refill a prescription have spoken to ash and Jessica who assured me I would have it the next day still haven't gotten it!!! Called again today waited for 20 minutes because that is the norm for this place and got hung up.on!!!! I am beyond furious at this point!!!!
